Huzaifa Imran co-founded Taxellence Financial Solutions in 2026 with the vision of establishing a modern financial services firm defined by accuracy, transparency, and client confidence.

With nearly four years of professional experience across personal and corporate taxation, accounting, and bookkeeping, Huzaifa has worked extensively with individuals, self-employed professionals, and small business owners throughout Canada. His experience encompasses personal and corporate tax compliance, GST/HST reporting, financial record management, CRA correspondence, and the resolution of a broad range of tax matters.

Huzaifa's approach is rooted in the belief that financial information should not simply be accurate, it should be meaningful and actionable. With more than three years of experience spanning accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and corporate compliance, Sohrab brings a disciplined and analytical approach to financial management. His professional experience includes financial reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, corporate filings, bookkeeping, and the review of financial information for accuracy, completeness, and reporting requirements.
